ANY CAPITALIZED WORDS USED HENCEFORTH SHALL HAVE THE MEANING ACCORDED TO THEM UNDER THIS POLICY. FURTHER, ALL HEADING USED HEREIN ARE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ARRANGING THE VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE POLICY IN ANY MANNER. NEITHER THE USER NOR THE CREATORS OF THIS REFUND POLICY MAY USE THE HEADING TO INTERPRET THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED WITHIN IT IN ANY MANNER.

 

 1. DEFINITIONS:

  1. “We”, “Our”, “Us”,  “the Company” And “Leadbrains Techservices” shall mean and refer to the creators of this privacy policy.

  2. “Website” shall mean www.mytradingcourses.com, which is owned and operated by the Company

  3. “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “User” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who use the Website

  4.  “Third Parties” refer to any Website, website, company or individual apart from the User and the creator of the Website.

 

 2. SERVICES

The services offered by the Website are as follows:

  • 1-on-1 Training

  • E-Learning through the Website’s Portal

  • Virtual Learning

  • Trade Assistance Services

  • Premium Trade Setup

 

 3. PAYMENTS

Accepted modes of payments include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Net Banking

  • Phone Pay

There will be no provision for payment on an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) basis.

 4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

In the event the User cancels a service provided by the Website, he/she will not be provided with any refund, except if the cancellation made is of the 1-on-1 Training. In such case that the User has cancelled his/her 1-on-1 Training, the scheme of the amount refundable is as follows:

If cancellation made –

  •  4 days prior to decided date of training session: 50% of the booking fee

  • 2 days prior to decided date of training session: 25% of the booking fee

  • Less than 2 days prior to decided date of training session: there shall be no refund, however, the User will be permitted to re-schedule the training session with no extra cost provided the User has a valid reason for cancellation; the validity of such reason shall be decided solely upon the Company’s discretion.

The Company provides Training Materials, such as textbooks, and will not entertain any returns of the same, except in the event that the User can provide valid reason for a return (such as the Training Material being damaged upon delivery to the User); the validity of such claims for returns shall be decided solely upon the Company’s discretion.

 5. USER’S OBLIGATIONS

You understand and agree that the Company can, at its discretion, amend the pricing of its services at any time.

  1. You understand and agree that the Company can, at its discretion, discontinue any service at any time.

  2. You understand and agree that the Company are not in any manner responsible for the timeliness of services to be rendered, and that the Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from a delay in services.

  3. You hereby undertake that you are legally competent to contract with as well as make payments to the Company.

 

 6. APPLICATION/CLAIM FOR REFUND OR RETURNS

All applications, requests and/or claims for refunds and/or returns must be submitted electronically to payments@leadbrains.com and/or physically to Regd. Office.
